Sierra Bloom provides online therapy sessions for adult women using evidence-informed subconscious techniques including hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Our approach is designed for rapid, lasting change and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to adult women (18+ years) residing in Australia. We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Booking and Payments

Sessions can be booked through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit cards and offer direct deposit upon request.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sierra Bloom does not offer refunds on therapy sessions. However, we understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

Free resources like The Calm Kit and a 15-minute introductory call are available to help you determine if our services are right for you before committing to a paid session.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While many clients experience profound changes, individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as therapeutic results depend on individual factors, including your participation and commitment to the process.

6. Use of Personal Information

We collect basic personal information (e.g. name, email, phone number) solely for:

  • Contacting you about appointments,

  • Sending occasional email updates, offers, or wellness resources (you can opt out anytime).
