Subconscious therapy helps you work directly with this deeper part of your mind to gently rewire unhelpful patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create emotional change that feels natural and lasting.

At Sierra Bloom, we use science-backed methods including Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and techniques informed by Polyvagal Theory to guide this process.

Not legally — but it’s strongly recommended. If you’re currently under the care of a psychologist or psychiatrist, or you’re taking prescribed mental health medication, we ask that you inform your treating practitioner before starting therapy with us. This helps ensure your care is coordinated, safe, and ethically sound.

While a referral isn’t required by law, Sierra Bloom may request written clearance from your GP, psychologist, or psychiatrist as a precaution — especially when dealing with complex mental health conditions or medications.
