At Sierra Bloom, we use science-backed methods including Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and techniques informed by Polyvagal Theory to guide this process.

While a referral isn’t required by law, Sierra Bloom may request written clearance from your GP, psychologist, or psychiatrist as a precaution — especially when dealing with complex mental health conditions or medications.
